We offer 15 minutes training for tablet, smartphone, computer, Mac, etc. We suggest you make a list of questions before coming to training to optimize it the time we have together.

Thermal paste change / 99$-159$

If your computer overheats or boils even after cleaning the fan(s) you may need to change the thermal paste. The latter is responsible for distributing heat between the processor and the heat sink that distributes heat to the fan(s) of your laptop.

We offer what we call an “Express Service”. This involves a quick service while the customer is present and returning home with his/her computer. It involves all kinds of things like email configuration, driver installation, and so on. (15 min maximum)

When we go home, there is a travel fee (39$). These fees are also applicable if we have to travel to pick up your device. When we go at your home, our rate is per hour (100$).

Your childhood to DVD / 14,99$

Do you have video memories (childhood) on old VHS, Mini-DV, Mini-DVD, 8MM, VHS-C cassettes? Want to watch them on DVD with your kids or family? This is possible with TechAuPoint for $14.99 per cassette.
